Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The item is significantly different from its description
- Blind boxes are unopened (see special terms below)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened blind box items (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. Blind Box Special Policy
Unopened Blind Boxes:
- May be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Must be in original sealed condition
- Refund will be issued minus shipping costs
- Limited to one return per customer per order
Opened Blind Boxes:
- Can only be returned if defective or damaged
- Must provide photos of the defect
- Replacement or store credit will be offered
4. How to Request a Return
- Contact us at returns@bitetoy.com within 30 days of receipt
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Provide photos if claiming damage or defect
- Wait for return authorization before shipping
5. Return Shipping
- Defective items: We cover return shipping
- Buyer's remorse: Customer pays return shipping
- Wrong item sent: We provide prepaid label
- Use trackable shipping method
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund issued to original payment method
- May take additional 3-5 days to appear in your account
- You will receive email confirmation
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item for refund
- Place a new order for desired item
- Contact us for assistance with expedited processing
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt
- Provide clear photos of the damage
- We will offer replacement or full refund
- No need to return the defective item in most cases
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
- If still not resolved, contact us at refunds@bitetoy.com
10. International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs fees or import duties
- Currency exchange differences
11. Locker Items
Items stored in your Locker:
- Can be returned while unopened
- Once "opened" in Locker, standard blind box rules apply
- Request physical shipment before returning
